Press releases are the Exchange's formal record. Rulebook amendments, member admissions and suspensions, corridor openings, and changes to settlement or custody arrangements are published here first and carry the effective dates members are held to.
Releases are issued in English and remain permanently addressable. Where a release changes an obligation, the operative rulebook section is named in the text so members can trace the change to the clause it amends.
